Medrol contains Methylprednisolone, which is a steroid class medication and it's in pregnancy category C. There hasn't been anything to prove that it causes a risk, but there also hasn't been anything that proves that it's safe.

Any woman who's pregnant shouldn't take it, unless her doctor has specifically instructed her to do so and is monitoring her regularly, while she's on it.
