All medications carry the risk of side effects, regardless of what type they are and what they are used to treat.

Gabaneuron contains Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin.

This couples and anticonvulsant that is also used to to treat nerve pain with a vitamin supplement.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness.

I'm not finding anything listed against using them together, but this site is not medical professionals, so you should ask a doctor or pharmacist to be sure.

IS there anything else I can help you with?
