I had after morning pill last month and I menstruated for 3 days but it was light. I haven't had intercourse and the next month I kept having painful cramps, have done several pregnancy tests and it's negative. I don't know what is happening?

I had a miscarriage in 2010 and i bled for one month. I was given some inj. and after that i was able to see my menstruation until April 1st, 2013. Since then my menstruation stopped. What is the cause and what kind of medication can i use to treat it? I am 37 years old.
