Medicine For Irregular Periods And Low Flow

I having problem of irregular periods and very low flow. Please advice me some medicine.

My period has been irregular and when it comes doesn't flow well. It came yesterday the 12th of June but didn't flow the next day, pls what drug do I take to enable the flow? Due to the irregularity nature, I find it difficult to know my normal menstrual cycle. Details of my Period this 2016. I saw Feb on 2nd, March on the 14th, April on the 7, May on the 18, and this June on the 12th. Pls trying to conceive. I am 40 yrs old and had a 5 year old child. Thank u.
