This is not a Levothyroxine tablet, if that is what you were supposed to receive, you've been given the wrong medication.

The tablet with the 93 7365 marking contains 50mgs of Losartan, which is an ARB that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
