Hello, Sam! How are you?

There is no specific medication that is best for everyone that may have low blood pressure, it depends on what's causing it, what symptoms they are having if any, their overall health, other medications they may be taking and etc. as explained by the NIH.

The biggest issue would be if the low blood pressure is causing symptoms, such as fainting, dizziness and etc., or it is due to some underlying medical condition that requires treatment. If there are no dangerous symptoms and if it is just natural for the person to be low, then no treatment may be necessary.

However, if they are having problems, correcting the underlying condition that's causing it, if there is one, such as dehydration, would be the first step. In some cases, stimulants are also used to help raise blood pressure.

Are you experiencing symptoms from it? Are you on any medications?
