Can an individual have a positive serum alcohol when taking Bromfed DM?

Yes, they can. Bromfed DM is actually listed as containing 0.95% alcohol, as reported by the FDA. That may not seem like a lot, but if someone is taking it regularly, or took it close to the time their serum alcohol was tested, it could result in a positive result.
