This tablet should be round, blue and have 4812 on one side, separated by a score line and the stylized V logo on the other side.
It is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 30mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. It is a generic for Roxicodone.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
