Medical Conditions That Require Oxycodone 30mg Ir

i would like a list of medical conditions that would require oxycodone 30mg IR. Conditions medically in-line with this type of medication so that my pharmacist will order the meds based on type of diagnosis.

Any medical condition that involves being in chronic or severe pain would, in my opinion, merit the use of Oxycodone; as this is the drug's primary application.
