Meclizine Overdose

My friend took 4 meclizine pills for dizziness and is concerned about how many can potentially attribute to an overdose.

The FDA classifies Meclizine as an antihistamine that is most commonly used to treat or prevent nausea, vomiting and dizziness. Its typical side effects may possibly include drowsiness and dry mouth.

One should never take more than their doctor has prescribed, or exceed the dosing instructions on the package. An overdose could result in coma and death, though it would be very rare.
