No, 10 days is the maximum length of time that efficacy can be guaranteed. Liquids tend to degrade very fast, so once past that 10 days, it will no longer be as effective as it should, which creates the risk of developing antibiotic resistant bacteria. If an antibiotic is still required, it would be best to receive a new prescription from the prescribing doctor.

Side effects to this antibiotic may include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
