They are both nothing more than supplements, though the Bethels was found to contain undeclared drug ingredients at one point and banned from U.S. sale, so neither one is actually proven to do anything. And if undeclared drug ingredients are used, they can also be very dangerous.

If you really want to lose weight, it would be best to consult your doctor to find the best and safest way for you to do so.
