I need t know the maximum daily dosage for Marnatal F to perform a calculation.

The FDA lists Marnatal F as being a prenatal multivitamin, so they are usually dosed as just one tablet a day. A woman shouldn't exceed the dosing, because getting too much of some of the nutrients it contains could be dangerous for both her and the baby.

Its typical side effects include nausea, dizziness, constipation and stomach pain.
