UpdatedHello I just heard your add on my radio at work. I work out daily I wear a seat sit and do 30 mins of cardio daily. My meal plan is 5 simple meals a day including half a cup of Brown rice and 6 oz of high protein meat breakfast is 3 egg whites half a cup of oats and I have a big salad during the day in working on losing another 50 lbs and gain lean weight would this be a supplement I would be interested in for maximum results
