The FDA lists this medication as containing Ketorolac and Tramadol. This combination is not available in the U.S. The FDA has never approved it for use here.

This is an opioid analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Have you consulted your doctor? They could prescribe them both separately.
