i have a small white round pill with the front M /and the back T7 what could these be and will i get into trouble for having it

These tablets are manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

So yes, if it hasn't been prescribed for you, it is illegal to have it. You can, however, turn them in to any local pharmacy for disposal.
