This contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, it is a generic for Vicodin. This is a narcotic pain reliever.

I also just wanted to clarify for future readers of this post that the marking is actually intended to be Margesic H, the name the company, Marnel uses for this generic.
