If you're looking for help with the dry mouth issue, it's simply going to be a matter of extra diligence on your part. Carry water with you to keep your mouth moist, brush and floss more often to help remove plaque and bacteria and cut down on sugary and acidic foods or beverages that can cause dental damage and decay.
