I assume you are referring to generic Vicodin tablets, that contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen.

And no, if the dosage is the same, then they are the same.

It is a narcotic pain reliever and the side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
