Macrol 500mg Antibiotics

I am suffering from cellulitis following a hip operation in December. The ulcer/sore is in the back of my leg near the shin bone, making it difficult for me to see or treat. have I spent 9 days in hospital in January on an Intravenous drip, which ruled out DVT & have taken 2 lots of antibiotics but the problem is still with me,
So can you suggest what I do next, it is so sore & painful.

What else has your doctor recommended for further treatment options?

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

Are you on any other medications?
