Macrobid 100 Mg Side Effect

I have been on this drug for less than a week and I have terrible pain in my joints, my fingers, my knees, etc. Could this be a side effect from the drug?

I have been taking the drug for three days and my joints are killing me, alonng with sleepiness.

I took this about four weeks ago and still have horrible pain in joints (knees, fingers, toes) ... wondered how long it took for your side effects to subside.

I have 2.5 days left in my RX of Microbid (7 day course) . As of yesterday, I have had moderate achiness in both knees (they ache REALLY bad). I am 43 yr old female and past injuries and no arthritis in knees. I am relating this to this medication (Microbid) Thank goodness I have a desk job; however, when I do walk even short distances or up stairs my knees hurt. By the end of my day, my knees REALY ache (moderate to severe) and tonight my hips even ache. I wil; continue these meds for the next two days and then never again.
