OXYCODONE is the drug found in PERCOCET. The pill in discussion is a perc 10.

i have been on per percocet 10/325 for 8 months and all along i have been getting the round pill made by watson and this time they gave me an oval pill which had a weird effect on me from making me sick to dizzy you name it ,so i called Cv-ass back and they said there is no difference at all which is total bull does anyone know why they are making me sick and dizzy when the watson ones were not

I am in extreme tooth pain from a partial root canal and they told me to take ibuprophen. I've been take 600 mg. every 4 hrs and it still is excruciating so I went hunting old pain meds I keeps in Fridge. I found M523 white oval with 10/325 on the other side. I understand what it is from reading the above, but I've taken Percocet and acetametaphine in the past...no ill affects. Now, I am older, and the pills are about 2 yrs old. and it about killed me with throwing up and extreme abdominal pain. Has the medicine turned poisonous or is it my age??? Help, please. And is hydrocodone better to ask my Dentist about??

Hey it's just the pill itself that causes the throwing up. Your tolerance is low, that's why. I take three of those a day for my spinal injury. Its perfectly normal.

M523-10-325 is total garbage. It makes me feel like crap. Can I pay extra and get the brand name??? CAN ANYBODY HELP OR GIVE ADVICE??

The two pills are the exact same. One is generic, so how can you be getting sick and having different symptoms?

Every medication from every pharmaceutical company has fillers in it, they have to use binding agents to mix with the active ingredient (for example: oxycodone) because the active ingredient is so potent that the amount used is very very small, making it difficult to handle. FDA regulates the amount of oxycodone and acetaminophen, but the fillers used vary from company to company. So if one brand makes you sick, but other brands do not, you could be having a reaction to one of the fillers, it's actually quite common. Simply ask your doctor to write your prescription and specify no "generic" or no "whatever brand made you sick" substitutions. Hope this helps, good luck.

Now I believe I've understood that this "is" Percocet. Is there just 1 intelligent person that can clarify as to whether or not this is going to come up as Percocet in a U/A or something different? Please advise asap.
