A round green tablet with the letter M over 51 is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Amitriptyline, it is a generic for Elavil, which is an antidepressant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and mood changes.
