NO! L484 is NOT Vicodin, this is nothing more than Acetaminophen 500mgs, no other ingredients, it is a generic or store brand Extra Strength Tylenol.

The pill with imprint M366 does contain hydrocodone, but it also contains acetaminophen. It's generic for Vicodin.

The exact doses are:
Acetaminophen 325 mg + Hydrocodone 7.5 mg
