M357 Generic Loritab
UpdatedI have been taking for 60 days and the first presciption from walmart did not help but the second refill is too strong and i cut them in half please explain why they are so different they both say m357 mallinckro

This has been reported many times with the tablets manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. I can't say with any certainty, but it appears that they may have quality control issues.
Have you tried using a different pharmacy, or perhaps asking at Wal-Mart if they can get tablets from a different manufacturer?
