Hi destiny,

The packaging label for M2 Tone recommends taking a dosage of 2 tablets twice daily (for a duration of three to six menstrual cycles; or until conception occurs; or from the day of down regulation to the day of embryo transfer).

As far as Amycordial is concerned, the dosing instructions from Aimil Pharmaceuticals note that you should take 2 teaspoonfuls (or 2 capsules - depending on what version you have) two to three times daily for a duration of 15 days all the way up to 3 months.

This information comes straight from the manufacturer, so unless your doctor or gynecologist suggests otherwise, it sounds to me like that's the proper way to take them for all intended purposes.

Hope this helps!
