M.s.cotin
UpdatedI have been on mscotin for 0 years for cronic pain and i am so tired of all the headaches you have to go through while on them. I was wandering how long would it take to get this drug completley out of my system and my dependenacy on them?

Hi, Billy! How are you?
Well, from experience, I can tell you that it will take about 2 weeks for the worst of the withdrawal symptoms to wear off and about 6 weeks before you're really starting to feel back to normal.
I was on it for pain management for about 8 years, when I stopped taking it cold turkey, I was taking 75mgs twice a day.
The worst part was actually the rebound pain, my joints ached so badly that I couldn't sleep. I ended up on the couch most nights, with my limbs propped in whatever weird position would alleviate that misery a little, I found that warm soaks in the tub also helped.
