First of all, just because it has an M on it, does not mean it is Morphine. Secondly pills with the M in a box logo are manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they do not MAKE a 40mg Morphine tablet or any pills with a boxed M and 40 on them. There is a high probability that someone manufacture X and used this logo to pass the pill off as something else.
