I believe you were looking at this tablet upside down and the marking is actually M 0552.

Yes, it does contain 5mgs of Oxycodone, a generic for Roxicodone, this is a narcotic analgesic.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, constipation and dizziness.
