This is an anticonvulsant that is used to prevent seizures, and to treat some mood disorders, as well as some forms of nerve pain.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes. But they will not help with inflammation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
