Lyrica And Depression
UpdatedJust a tale of my two times of taking LYRICA. I took this years ago and stopped because I't did not take my pain away. And I felt like it contributed to my usual depression.
I couple of months ago, My doc wanted me to try LYRICA and I said sure....I told her that I had taken it but couldn't remember why. (I have had the experience on other timew but the opposite happened. I did well on it...Helped me quit smoking in a few days Took it again 5 yrs later and had bad side effects)
Lyrica can and Does make you have suicidal thoughts and actions. Please be very very careful with this drug if you have a history of depression.

Yes, Lyrica can cause such side effects in some people that take it, according to FDA reports. Other side effects may include weight changes, dizziness, headache, and nausea.
How are you doing, now? Has there been any change?
