It it claimed to help with lung function and support a healthy immune system, however, since it is a supplement, this is not actually proven.

It contains:

Astralagus, Lonicera Flowed, Chinese Thoroughwax, Baikal Skullcap, Baphicacanthus, Aspidum, Atractylodes, Coix, Agastache and Siler, Licorice.
