Lunesta Reaction

Used Lunesta and Ambien and both times had severe reactions that left my body rigid. I felt like I was 'out of body' Very scary.

It definitely sounds like the sedative hypnotics are causing an adverse reaction for you.

There are other options that your doctor can try, including some of the antipsychotic medications that can help with insomnia problems, but do not carry the same types of side effects since they are a completely different class of medications.
