lP 46 is a round white small pill. A generic for Zyrtec, made by McNiel consumer Healthcare.

It's actually manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals, now and they list it as containing 10mgs of Cetirizine.

I've taken it and had good results with it, I found it comparable to the name brand.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this antihistamine as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and drowsiness.
