Regarding LoVasc; it does help to relieve hypertension.
It would be best to consult your MD for precise dosing based on the severeness of the hypertension.

I can say from personal experience of dealing with high blood pressure that the best way to control it is by eating low sodium foods, high in magnesium and potassium. Also a lower intake of grains in your diet will decrease the need for an alternative pill.
