are these symptoms are dangerous for me?

If an antibiotic is working for you, you should see any worsening after taking it for a full 24 hours and you should start to see improvement after a full 3 days. Thus, if you are still experiencing symptoms, you should see your doctor, again, as this may not be the right medication to help you.
The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
