I have a sister Who has no breasts or seen her periods she's now 20 she went to the doctor she was given contraceptives to use that's when she gets periods but when she stops taking them they stop coming when she went back for a second appointment she was told her female hormones are very low and there is nothing they can do to increase them in any way so please if there is any one who can help her we need help
