If you don't mind me asking, what does your diet look like on an average daily basis? I am studying in the nutrition field, so I feel as if I may be able to help in this regard. First and foremost, if meat and dairy are a part of your diet, you can experience all sorts of problems in the long term. Both are carcinogenic and/or mucus forming to the human body. There are plenty of plant based alternatives to getting protein. Aside from that I listed a couple natural items that may assist with raising low blood pressure:

Cayenne Pepper: helps adjust blood pressure to normal levels.
Copaiba Essential Oil: acts as a stimulant that naturally can increase blood pressure. (there are other essential oils that can do this as well).
Drink more water: if you are dehydrated (pee is not clear) then this can indirectly aid in the cause of low blood pressure.
Limit high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. and significantly increase high carb raw fruit and vegetable intake. Natural sugar from fresh raw fruit wont give you the food coma you get with starchy foods, no matter how much you have.

Please post back if you have any more questions or comments to add.
