If you are taking it to lower your blood pressure, then it's very likely that you need to refrain from taking the NSAIDs, such as Advil, Aleve or Aspirin, because they can actually cause blood pressure elevation.

You need to check with your doctor to make sure of which is safest for you, but it's likely that you need to stick with just Tylenol.

Have been taking one Losartan /hct 100-12.5 every morning for about 4 months. I take blood pressure readings in the morning,noon & evening. My readings are almost always above 150/85. About one month ago my doctor also put me on atenolol 50MG to be taken one in the morning & one in the evening. I haven't noticed any improvement! The last average I did, for a two week period, showed an average of 156/89. I had to switch from Lisinopril due to cough. My doctor says Losartan is good?

I take Losartin 50 mgs. a.m., 50 mgs BID Metropolol, 0/5 mgs. Clonazapam BID. Pressure just keeps staying around 147/80 or so. Tried Propranolol and got bad cough. What to do?
