Losakind 50 Tablet / Metpure Xl 12.5 For Managing Blood Pressure

I am a 40 yr old female. Please suggest me which tablet i should take for high BP? Losakind 50 or metpure xl 12.5? My BP is 140/92.

I am 30yrs old. My BP ranges from 130-140/80-90. The doctor prescribed me metpure xl 12.5. How much do i take of this medicine? Are there any side effects or withdrawal if after one month i do not take this medicine?
