You will most likely need to see specialists for each medical issue. There are concerns regarding general practitioners over prescribing or improperly prescribing such medications, so the DEA is pushing everyone to see specialists to continue getting such medications for long-term treatment.
For getting any recommendations, it will be easier for people to make them, if you post back with your general location.
As to your Zantac, that is just an antacid medication and it is available over the counter, you no longer need a prescription to obtain it.
What reasons where you given by the other doctors for not being willing to see you?
