Lortab 7.5 Availability

I have been taking pain meds for yrs. and when the lortab 7.5 was changed to norco, I do not get full benefit. My question is where can I get the old lortab 7.5 pill w/the blue specks in it? I don't know what the specks are but they make a difference in my body make-up and I would like to order or fill my scripts wherever I can get them again. If they are no longer available in the states then do you know where I can order them online from Canada or another country?

To my knowledge BL is right, they no longer make lortab or vicodin; just norco. If you managed to come across one of those other brand names, it's more likely to be expired or perhaps even counterfeit.

But there is another brand of extended release hydrocodone (without the acetaminophen), called Zohydro ER. Maybe you could talk with your doctor about prescribing that as an alternative to norco?

Rumor has it that it's actually about 5 to 10 times more potent than vicodin or lortab was. I imagine this is probably because they didn't use as many fillers or binding agents; which I believe is what created a lot of the problems many pain patients have with the current version of norco not working as well as it should.
