I think you're confusing several different medications, so I'll try to clear this up for you. :-)

Oxycontin contains the active ingredient Oxycodone in a time released formulation, so that is the only active ingredient in it.

Regular release Oxycodone is used in some others, though, such as Percocet, which contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone, or Roxicodne, which just contains the regular release Oxycodone by itself.

And no, Oxycodone is not an ingredient in Lorcet.

Lorcet contains the active ingredients Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, so it still contains a narcotic analgesic, but a different one.

This medication has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
