Hello, Moe! How are you?
Have they both been prescribed for you?
They can be taken together, if your doctor says it's safe and that you need to take them. They are often prescribed together in order to bring blood pressure down as fast and as safely as possible.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain.
Is there anything else I can help with?
My moms blood pressure was 80 / 48. She is taking the following blood pressure medications: Lisinopril 40 mg and Lopressor 20 mg. I feel that her blood pressure is too low. Please advise.
