Loose Motion Problem

For loose motion problem i take imodium tablet since last 4_5 years but from some time this medicine didn't effect , so i have tried some other medicine but i am not satisfied. From 7 days i take metrozil 400 tablet once a day, i have a great relief, but when i not take metrozil tablet, my problem comes again . So my question is that can i take metrozil 400 once a day another problem is that headache is starting in evening. Please suggest solution.

This medication can cause loose motions as a side effect, according to NIH reports, along with the headaches, dizziness, nausea, and stomach pain.

What does your normal diet consist of? That could also contribute to such an issue. Are you on any other medications?
