my daughter is 3 yrs old suffering with loose motion (like water) from morning 7 times given metrogyl syurp 5ml twice and Econorm twice. but, no improvement can u suggest me.

When it involves a child like this, a doctor needs to be consulted.
Diarrhea in a young child can lead very easily to dehydration, which could put their lives in danger.
I can't stress it enough, when it's a real issue like this involving a young child, please seek medical attention. Do not post on a free website and wait for help.
