Loose Motion For Child (Top voted first)

My 2.8 year old daughter is having loose motions (4-5 a day) since three four days but she is eating normally n doing everything according to her routine, I haven't given her any medina yet but am giving her ORS so to avoid dehydration. Should I give her any medicine and please tell which one.
