Loose Bowel Movement

Does "well woman original" cause loose bowel movements? I'm taking it with black cohosh as I'm menopausal. Multivitamins may also help. I am stopping black cohosh and taking another herbal supplement for menopause.

With the iron in it, it is more likely to cause constipation, rather than diarrhea, as reported by the U.S. FDA.

What other supplement are you considering and what menopausal symptoms are you trying to treat?

Virtually any supplement that contains a high amount of magnesium can cause diarrhea, so you may want to watch out for that in the future.
