Looking To Change From Oxycontin To Ms Contin

I am currently on oxycontin 80mg 3x day
Am trying to cut down slightly and change to ms contin. What mgs would I be looking at in the ms contin to be at a similar amount to what i am currently taking of the oxycontin?

Oxycontin is actually one and half times stronger than MS Contin, so if you were taking 80mgs of it, you'd need 120mgs of MS Contin to be equivalent.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
