Hi Gloria,
Usually if you can't find it locally your next best bet is probably going to be ordering it online. Have you considered trying any online pharmacies based here in the US?
If not, I would recommend checking with sites such as PharmacyChecker, as they only list certified (reputable) online pharmacies. Although I am pretty sure that those pharmacies would require a prescription because PharmacyChecker puts them through a rigorous certification process.
Other than that option, the only other thing I can think of trying would be to order each of Dyazide's Active Ingredients separately at your local pharmacy: Hydrochlorothiazide + Triamterene
